Update to our Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Policy

At AISoftPower, we are committed to providing a safe environment for our employees, clients, and partners. In light of recent developments and global health recommendations, we have updated our policy regarding COVID-19 and vaccinations.

Key Policy Changes:

• Removal of restrictions on coronavirus (COVID-19) content
• Allowance of ads containing COVID-19 related terms
• Permitting ads for certain types of face masks, vaccines, and other COVID-19 related products and services

Ongoing Policies:

While we have relaxed certain restrictions, all content related to COVID-19 will continue to be subject to AISoftPower's policies prohibiting content that is harmful to users and the overall business ecosystem. This includes our misrepresentation policy.

Vaccination Guidelines:

• We strongly encourage all employees to get vaccinated against COVID-19
• Vaccination status will not affect employment status or opportunities within the company
• We respect individual health choices while prioritizing the safety of our workplace

Workplace Safety Measures:

• Regular sanitization of office spaces
• Provision of hand sanitizers and face masks
• Encouragement of social distancing where possible
• Support for remote work options when necessary

Travel and Events:

Business travel and in-person events will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account current health guidelines and local regulations.

Confidentiality:

AISoftPower respects the privacy of all employees. Information about an individual's vaccination status will be kept confidential and used only for the purposes of ensuring workplace safety.
